ABS BANKA DD SARAJEVO is a stock company doing its activities in the region of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. We are 100% a private bank, established in 1999 by integration of Komerc banka Tešanj, Privredna banka Sana Sanski Most and Trgovačka banka Visoko. Later on the bank expanded by joining of Orient Banka, Šehin banka and by purchase of a part of assets of Kreditna banka Tuzla and Šipad banka Sarajevo.
The bank has 9 branches and 40 agencies throughout the FbiH and covers the regions of Sarajevo Canton, Zeničko-dobojski, Tuzlansko-podrinjski, Unsko-sanski, Srednjobosanski and Hercegovačko-neretvanski Canotns. At present it has the widest business network in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
ABS banka offers all kinds of bank services to its customers, with emphasis on speed and efficiency in servicing, as well as on gaining trust and loyalty of its customers and employees.
The reform of payment system was marked by the first transaction effected by ABS banka, and quick and quality payments service put the Bank in the first place in the FBiH and in the second place in the state by the number of payment transactions effected. This reform opend a new stage in development of BiH and in its approaching to European and world trends in banking and finances.
ABS Banka issued the first unique BamCard card. In 2002 the Bank effected the first transaction with a domestic debit card without intermediary of a foreign processing centre.
Business network of ABS banka is supported by a modern banking computer technology developed in Western Europe. ABS banka has CISCO communication equipment and IBM hardware.
