On December 15, 1992 ten small banks decided to merge. This is how Eesti Ühispank was born. For today we are the second largest bank in Estonia and we are a member of the international SEB Group.
Our name is from April 11 2005 SEB Eesti Ühispank. We are a part of a strong international team operating in world wide financial markets, looking for new possibilities and ways to serve our customers in the always-changing world. SEB Eesti Ühispank is a universal bank that provides its services to all customers in Estonia who need them: private persons, corporate customers and the public sector. The bank offers all financial services available on the Estonian market and leasing services in Russia and supports the customers of the SEB Group in investing their assets in Central and Eastern Europe. Being a member of the SEB Group, SEB Eesti Ühispank is more international than the local banks, yet at the same time it is more local than the international banks.
