| Nova Ljubljanska banka Group (the Group) is the largest banking and financial services organization in Slovenia with total assets accounting for more than one third of the total assets of the Slovenian banking sector, encompassing 19 banks. The Group has over 50,000 corporate and 700,000 retail customers in Slovenia alone. The Group includes Nova Ljubljanska banka, d. d., Ljubljana, (the Bank or NLB) as the parent company as well as its domestic and foreign subsidiaries and affiliates.
