Terms of Service Agreement

1. General.

Welcome to Hong Kong Exporter Net. As part of our service, Hong Kong Exporter Net (operated by Pacific Marketing (H.K.) Limited, incorporated in Hong Kong SAR, China)  agrees to provide you with information and other computer services subject to the terms of this Terms of Service agreement. Upon notice published through the service, Hong Kong Exporter Net  may amend or modify these Terms of Service at any time. You agree to use the service in accordance with the Terms of Service.

Ltd  a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to: Use, copy, sublicense, adapt, transmit, publicly perform or display any such communication. Sublicense to third parties the unrestricted right to exercise any of the foregoing rights granted with respect to the communication. The foregoing grants shall include the right to exploit any proprietary rights in such communication, including but not limited to rights under copyright, trademark, service mark or patent laws under any relevant jurisdiction.



4. Limitation of liability

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall the Pacific Marketing (H.K.) Limited, its subsidiary and parent companies or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, Hong Kong Exporter Net materials. You specifically acknowledge and agree that the Pacific Marketing (HK.) Ltd / Hong Kong Exporter Net  is not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any user. Ltd / Hong Kong Exporter Net reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, or to refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that in the Pacific Marketing (HK.) Ltd / Hong Kong Exporter Net's sole discretion are objectionable or in violation of these terms and conditions.



6. Privacy

Unless the user informs us otherwise, the Pacific Marketing (HK.) This agreement is effective until terminated by the Pacific Marketing (HK.) Ltd / Hong Kong Exporter Net, at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the bulletin boards and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from the bulletin boards, the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement, shall survive.



9. Listing on Hong Kong Exporter Net

By filling the online application registration form within the Hong Kong Exporter Net, the signer is agreed the terms and condition of the Pacific Marketing (H.K.) Limited / Hong Kong Exporter Net.

Annual fee of registration in Hong Kong Exporter Net will be charged by Pacific Marketing (H.K.) Ltd  .  Amount due will be subject to the date of appearance of client's information within the internet environment.

The total amount of subscription should be paid 7 days upon the acceptance of services.

All check should be payable to Pacific Marketing (H.K.) Limited, or payable by wire transmutation  through any bank and favor Pacific Marketing (H.K.) Limited's bank account. 

Various Internet Service Providers whom are chosen by Pacific Marketing (H.K.) Limited will host client's web page contents. The hosting of client's page content will be governed by the terms and condition of individual Internet Service Providers and the law applicable in the physical location of the Internet Services Providers.

Pacific Marketing (H.K.) Ltd, its subsidies and staff shall have no liability on the quality of hte hostng services of individual Internet Services Provider, the quality of search engine, and the content of individual company listed in Hong Kong Exporter Net and Affiliated web sites.

Pacific Marketing (H.K.) Ltd, will assign web pages url or file name without the consents from the company listed or clients.

The company / clients listed is responsible for the content and accuracy of web pages.

Pacific Marketing (H.K.) Ltd, reserve the right in amend the headings, borders,  the content of the related sites within the Internet Environment.



10. Other

This Terms of Service Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Pacific Marketing (HK.) Ltd / Hong Kong Exporter Net and you with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all previous and contemporaneous agreements, proposals and communications, written or oral. the Pacific Marketing (HK.) Ltd / Hong Kong Exporter Net may amend or modify this Terms of Service Agreement or impose new conditions at any time. Such amendments and modifications shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof which may be given by means including, but not limited to, posting on the Pacific Marketing (HK.) Ltd / Hong Kong Exporter Net. Any use of the service by you after such notice shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such amendments, modifications or new conditions. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.


